When something goes wrong
- Forgotten passphrase. On the lock screen, choose « phrase oubliée ? utiliser la clé de secours » (forgot it? use the recovery key), then a new passphrase.
- The PIN no longer works. After 5 wrong tries, the passphrase is needed again. You can then set a PIN again.
- Marianne doesn’t answer. Check that your engine is installed and signed in: the lights at the bottom left, and Réglages › Moteurs (Settings › Engines).
- The screen isn’t up to date. Reload the window, with ctrl+shift+R (cmd+shift+R on macOS) or the button at the top right. The archive stays open.
- The archive is full. Make some room in Réglages › Place et emplacement (Settings › Space and location).
In the app, F1 opens the guide, with links to the project.
Writing to us
Open an issue on GitHub: “Bug report” for a problem, “Idea” for an idea, “Content correction” for wrong or outdated information in a formality, “Feedback” for your thoughts. Don’t write any personal data in it: issues are public.
A security vulnerability is reported privately, never in an issue: see the security policy.
Testing the alpha
Thanks for testing Marianne. This is an alpha version: it’s here to find what’s wrong before a real release.
- Things will break. A later alpha might not read this one’s archive, so don’t put anything in it you couldn’t enter again.
- Mistral Vibe hasn’t been tried with a real installation yet.
What we’d like you to try:
- Create your archive: the passphrase, then the recovery key. Write it down.
- Set a PIN to reopen the archive quickly, on this computer.
- Fill in a bit of your profile (Réglages › Moi), if you like: nothing leaves your computer, and the engine never sees your numbers, only tokens.
- Ask Marianne a real question, about a formality you have in progress.
- Follow a guided formality (Démarches › an area).
- Browse the news (Actualités) and the Services: 3615 METEO, CARTE, PARLEMENT, ANNUAIRE, PEAGE.
